We chase it.

How it works
Three steps, about a minute of your time.
- 1
Tell us what and where
Pick the problem, drop a pin on the spot or search a postcode, and add a photo if you have one.
- 2
It reaches your councillor
The report lands with the Reform casework team, who raise it with the right council department.
- 3
You see it through
You get an alert at every stage: picked up, raised, in hand, sorted. Nothing goes quiet.
What you can report
Problems in public places, anywhere in the borough. Pick one and we will take it from there.
Run by your councillors, not the council
MyWard is run by the Reform UK group on Bury Metropolitan Borough Council. It is not a Bury Council service. When you report something here it goes to your ward councillor and the Reform casework team, who raise it with the council department responsible and stay on it.
We ask for your name and email address, and nothing else. No phone number, no home address, no details about your circumstances. MyWard only takes reports about public places, so if you need to raise something about your own home, tenancy or a neighbour, contact your councillor directly and it stays between you.
Want to know more about Reform UK in Bury?
You do not need to support any party to use MyWard, and we will chase your report either way. If you would like to find out what the Reform UK group is doing across the borough, or get in touch about joining or helping out, everything is on our Bury website.
